Victor Hills Golf Club is proposing the development of an 18 hole Executive Course on 100 acres of land located on the east side of Brace Road approximately 1/2 mile south of County Road 41 (Boughton Hill Road),
When the 18 hole Executive Course is ready for play, we are proposing the conversion of the existing 9 hole Executive Course into a driving range and practice facility.
The driving range and practice area are two key amenities that are not currently available at the club. We feel that these services are critical to providing our customers with a complete golf experience.
The 18 hole Executive Course will be a major enhancement to our existing facility. It will have it's own parking area and pro shop facilities to provide exclusive service and accessibility to our Executive Course players.
The projected starting date for construction to begin on the 18 hole Executive Course is dependant on receiving all of the necessary permits from the Town, DEC and Army Corps of Engineers.
