W.A.L.E. Golf Club At Victor Hills East was founded in 2005 by the Western Area Labor Employees that play golf at Victor Hills. It is a member club of the Rochester District Golf Association (RDGA) and is licensed by the USGA to issue handicap indexes through the GHIN system. Members are entitled to all the rights and privileges that membership in the RDGA entails including eligibility to play in District Events. The home course is the East Course at Victor Hills. Club tournaments are held throughout the golf season. Membership is open to all golfers.
The membership fee is $25.00. To join, make your check payable to W.A.L.E. Golf Club At Victor Hills East and mail to:

Include your GHIN number if you already have one, it will not change.
The club is paperless. To obtain a copy of your USGA handicap index and posted scores, you need to provide an email address when you join or an updated email address when you renew. During the open season, every two weeks on the revision date, you will receive an email that contains a personalized link. Clicking on the link will let you display and print an official copy of your current GHIN handicap index and scores. The printout will be accepted as proof of your handicap.
Members may post their scores online at www.ghin.com or on the club's computer at the East Course proshop.
Club news and notification of W.A.L.E. tournaments will be made by email throughout the season.
