Victor Hills Golf Club is offering the greatest golf discount membership in Rochester. You can save over $5,000 over the life of the membership. There are two distinctive golf memberships. Please view each and compare:

5 Year Golf Membership

1. This golf offer is a regular golf membership. It is not a loan or investment. Any repayment of the residual value of the membership due to death, serious illness or injury will be based on the pro-rated schedule of residual values in the membership agreement.
2. The cost of each membership is $5,000.00 per person.
3. Only single memberships are available.
4. The membership includes the use of a riding cart by the MEMBER ONLY. Cart use may be limited due to cart availability.
5. The term of the golf membership is for FIVE YEARS.
6. The golf membership is for all four existing courses: North, South, East, and Executive.
7. There are no time restrictions on playing the courses. This is subject to the availability of tee times and other scheduled events, such as: golf tournaments, golf leagues, golf course maintenance, and established normal operating hours.
8. The residual value of the golf membership declines $1000.00 per year.
9. Payment is due in full at signing.

 8 Year Golf Membership

1. This golf offer is a regular golf membership. It is not a loan or investment. Any repayment of the residual value of the membership due to death, serious illness or injury will be based on the pro-rated schedule of residual values in the membership agreement.
2. The cost of each membership is $5000.00 per person.
3. Only single memberships are available.
4. The membership DOES NOT include the use of any cart. All appropriate cart fees must be paid when using any cart.
5. The term of the golf membership is for EIGHT YEARS.
6. The golf membership is for all four existing courses: North, South, East, and Executive.
7. There are no time restrictions on playing the courses. This is subject to the availability of tee times and other scheduled events, such as: golf tournaments, golf leagues, golf course maintenance, and established normal operating hours.
8. The residual value of the golf membership declines $625.00 per year.
9. Payment is due in full at signing.
