| From hilltop to hilltop, surrounded by trees, crossing a deep but narrow gorge formed by the winding steam below, the 17th hole is all about hitting the right club. The green is wide, but not deep. Any shot that is left, right or short will end up in the stream or trapped on the steep slopes surrounding the green. The green slopes forward, so any shot hit long will be tough to stop coming back across the green. Short and sassy, but not easy. |
